For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. These meters are in Fair cosmetic condition.  There are lots of scuffs/scratches/stains and adhesive label residues from prior use.  Several knobs are broken, ugly, or missing. A couple of feet are missing. These are being sold AS/IS.
Notes:
These meters are all in PARTIAL working condition.  Among the problems we found are:
One unit does not power on
Calibration can't adjust, adjustment bottoms out
Power lights inoperable
Output jumps around
Measured 1mW on the 100mW range
Won't zero
We only gave these a very quick check with our own cable and sensor (cable and sensor are NOT included) and there may be other problems with these meters. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
