    Description

    This item is a pre-owned Creative Memories Circle Cutting System.  This is a Retired item.  Includes a heavy glass plate (9"x9"), circle template with 7 sizes, a plastic tube (for the cutter to ride along), and a cutting blade.  You insert your picture into the template to determine which size you want for your circle.  Set the circle blade to the required size, and cut your picture accordingly.  There are some marks from the blade having scratched the glass plate. (See photos).  Comes in a cardboard box for extra protection.
