The battery-powered 20" walk-behind scrubber drier is a perfect fit for contract cleaners, retail, school and healthcare cleaning needs. The easy to operate scrubber provides practical cleaning performance of 13,200 ft2/hour. The BD 50/50 C Classic features (2) 12V, 100 Ah AGM batteries with shelf charger, 20" disc brush, curved squeegee, Home Base rail system and battery level and hour display. 3 modes of cleaning: Normal mode - Scrubbing and vacuuming. Intense mode - Scrubbing only. Vacuum mode - Vacuum only. Home Base rail allows user to attach manual cleaning tools for quick touch ups and less visits to the supply closet. Productive. Efficient and simple to operate.

Residential Equipment Deliveries will incur a .00 surcharge (this can be avoided by picking the equipment up at the terminal)
Equipment Liftgate delivery is an additional charge of .00 and is needed for deliveries where a loading dock or forklift is not available.

All of our reconditioned units offered on eBay are sold with a  minimum 30 day parts warranty (unless otherwise stated). We have a staff of factory trained technicians who handle the rebuilding of our equipment and a knowledgeable sales staff to handle all of your questions and concerns.

Warranty and Returns
New Equipment
We are dealers for all of the brands we sell and all units come with the full manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise noted. Feel Free to message us for exact warranty terms on a particular unit.
New Parts
We are dealers for the parts we sell and they are backed by the manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise noted. Parts warranty issues can be handled by sending us a message. All warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer, their decisions are final. Any disputes can be addressed by contacting the manufacturer directly.
Electrical Parts are sold without Warranty unless installed by factory certified warranty center.
SES Certified Reconditioned Equipment Warranty
Unless otherwise stated all of our reconditioned units are covered by a 90 Day Parts, 30 Days Labor Warranty and a Dead on Arrival Guarantee. The 30 Days Labor Warranty only applies to customers within the lower 48 states of the United States.
SES Certified Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If a unit arrives and is not properly functioning AND we are notified
within 48 hours
of receipt, we will either: Dispatch a local repair technician to your location; Or at our choice and cost, return the unit to our location for repair and then ship it back at our expense.
SES Certified 90 Day Parts Warranty
If any part on a Reconditioned unit fails
within 90 days
of customer receipt we will replace it at no charge. Customer is responsible for returning the defective part.

Hours are deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. They are based on our knowledge at the time of product listing and may vary.
Terms SES Reconditioned
All reconditioned machines are rebuilt to order. We specifically rebuild units for each customer. Your machine will be rebuilt to industry standards. Upon placing an order and providing payment or deposit the machine is considered sold. Once shipped all sales are final. All items sold AS-IS and as described without warranty unless otherwise stated above and/or on the listed advertised item. No Warranty is expressed or implied as to fitness for a particular purpose unless otherwise stated in writing. Lead times are not guaranteed but are estimates based on typical manufacturer lead times and estimated shipping times.
Limitation of Liability
Southeastern Equipment & Supply, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other form of action) and irrespective of whether it has been advised of the possibility of any such damage. In no event will the Southeastern Equipment & Supply, Inc. s liability exceed the price the Buyer paid for the specific Goods giving rise to the claim or cause of action.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
SOUTHEASTERN EQUIPMENT & SUPPLY, INC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflicts of interest principles. Any action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in State Court in Lexington County, South Carolina. All parties submit to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objections to venue if legal action is brought in said courts. All parties hereby expressly waive the right to trial by jury with respect to any action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Returns
All items sold AS-IS and as described without warranty unless otherwise stated.
Waiver of Return Policy
If we by our sole determination waive in whole or part our policies, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping. All Sales Are Final. If we have shipped the wrong item or there was shipping damage, please message us. Thank you.
Deposits
Due to the uniqueness of our equipment and limited inventories, all deposits to hold/secure equipment are non-refundable.
