There stroller is unusual in that it is a 16 inch seat depth in this stroller/wheelchair that can be adjusted to a 17 or 18 inch seat depth. It holds up to 150 pounds or 68 kg. It has a way to carry items under the seat. I also have this stroller in blue and a smaller size 12-14 inch seat depth in both red and blue.

To determine the appropriate seat depth for a user- The user should be placed in the best possible seated position that can be obtained. A measurement is taken from the back of the pelvis (furthest part of the buttocks), forward to the back of the knee.. Deduct 1-2" from the measured length for clearance.That is the seat depth. If the child or adult has a wheelchair that fits correctly, you can also measure the seat depth of the individual's wheelchair., and that would be the depth you need.

This is a very nice manageable lightweight stroller/wheelchair for a larger child/adult weighing up to 150 pounds. The Lightening folds up very easily by just pushing one lever with your foot. When folded it is less than 25 inches in height with the handle up. It is about 21" by 30" in the other dimensions. It weighs 27 lbs without the footrests and close to 32 pounds with footrests on. It pushes very easily and the wheels are wide enough to go over a variety of surfaces. It is still new in the box. It folds quickly and doesn't take as much space in a vehicle as most wheelchairs do. It works even for children who cannot sit independently as long as they have some head control. It does tilt back slightly. It should work great for a child or small adult who cannot walk long distances or for a child who has a positioning wheelchair, but needs something that folds quickly and is easy to take on an outing.
The seat width is 16.5 inches from bar to bar at the end of the seat, and about 16.5 inches between the two armrests. The seat depth is set at 16 inches. The seat can be adjusted to be 16, 17 or 18 inches in depth. The seat back height from the seat to the top is about 24" and if you use the head rest extension it is close to 30". The head rest extension is included in this purchase along with a canopy to protect from the sun. The shoulder straps are easily adjustable as are the swing away adjustable footplates. This allows for a lot of growth as your child gets bigger. The footrests have 16 inches of adjustment.
It has a silver colored frame and blue (or red) heavy-duty reinforced upholstery. It also comes with a three point positioning belt with adjustable shoulder straps with soft padded removable covers. A lateral support (single flap) with scoliosis strap, a head rest extension, brakes on both back wheels and the user's guide/owners manual are included.
