Our equipment came from working environment.  But We DO NOT test or certify the equipment being sold. It is up to the purchaser to meet all requirements and regulation certification processes that deemed necessary per FDA or any other regulatory agencies that may be applicable.
If you purchase medical, laboratory or any equipment that will be for PATIENT use, it is the BUYERS responsibility to have the equipment certified, tested or inspected prior to patient use. No exceptions.

DELIVERY

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipment.

Standard size items:
Our primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx.
For smaller or international items we also use US Postal Service.

Large and/or heavy items:
Items that require packaging on a pallet will be shipped ground or air freight. If delivery location is residential, pick-up at carrier truck terminal will be less expensive alternative; for this option use commercial with loading dock when obtaining quotes.

We Do Not ship: Cash On Delivery, Using customer accounts, Customer provided Labels.

Pick up at our warehouse location is available at no charge in Hayward, California
·
If damage occurs during shipment, a claim will be filed with carrier before refund / replacement is made; buyer’s assistance is needed to repackage the item.
