is used and in good condition.  The unit powers on and passed the self test.  The display illuminates brightly and all buttons respond to selections.  The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of a few light scratches/scuffs associated with previous use.  The display screen is in good cosmetic condition.  Previous user had protective film on the display. All buttons and connection points are clean and in good physical
condition.  Power cord is included.  Owners Manual CD is included. We do not have the expertise to conduct any further testing on this unit.  Power sensors were plugged into the power meter but not to a RF source so the blurred image is due to the power meter oscillating with no fixed source...
