Able Life Universal swivel tray/computer/reading table.  This anchors securely by placing two legs of a chair or sofa on the adjustable black base "pedals"  The bases have rubber padding on the bottom to prevent damage to wood floors, or slippage.  The tray swivels in an complete 360 degree arc, making it  possible to position the base on either side of a chair.  The height of the wood table is easily adjustable from 24 to 30 or 32" off the floor.  I did not adjust the spacing of the base pedals, but the website states that it can be adjusted between 25" to 35".
We bought this for a family member, and it was used for about a year.  He loved it and used it for meals, reading, sorting mail, etc.  It is in excellent condition.  From a smoke free, pet free home.
